What do I need to use the Payment Center?

1. Nursing Facility User Fees: You will need your�
   1. Renewal Notice (that will have on it an E-Payment ID) At the present time, you are allowed to pay renewal notices only using the Payment Center.
   2. Banking information (Bank Routing Number , Bank Account Number)¹

   1. Invoice (that will have on it either an E-Payment ID or Invoice Number)
   2. The following:
      Banking information (Bank Routing Number , Bank Account Number)¹
       

¹ You can find banking information on the bottom of one of your bank checks.

(Please Note: If your bank account is set up to block electronic ACH transactions, you will not be able to make payments using this system. Please check with your financial institution to determine if your account is capable of accepting these transactions.).
