Instructions for making a Payment

The Center for Health Information and Analysis has a payment center for collection of various payments including public information request payments. We hope that you will find that the Payment Center is easy to use and that the pop-up help screens will guide you through the process.

Below are some of the items that you need to be aware of before you use the system:

In order to make a Public Information Request Payment you will need:

  1. An invoice issued by the Center for Health Information and Analysis. (See samples below).
  2. Banking Information (Bank Routing Number, Bank Account Number) 1.
  3. An e-mail address for payment confirmation.

(Please Note: If your bank account is set up to block electronic ACH transactions, you will not be able to make payments using this system. Please check with your financial institution to determine if your account is capable of accepting these transactions.)

When you enter the payment center,
  1. Click on Public Information Payment.
  2. Select the image of the invoice you received.
  3. Enter all required banking and other fields.
  4. Accept the terms by checking the box click submit.

Note: In most cases, your bank account will be debited in one to two business days. Your confirmation notification confirms your payment request. Your account will not be credited until the funds have cleared your bank or credit card institution.

There are HELP (?) pop-up buttons on the various screens to assist you.
